Maximum occupancy - 12 people
Minimum Age of Renter - 25
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

FREE DOCK:
Rental includes FREE use of the private covered boat dock with electricity and fish cleaning station as well as the swim platform with chairs and bench during your stay.

DEPOSITS/FEES:
Tax of 10% will be added to the rental total.
Cleaning Fee $175
Pets $100 - cannot leave yard without leash, be sure to protect for ticks.
Deposit $500 - This holds your reservation and is used as cleaning/damage deposit.
(Deposit returned after rental if no excesive cleaning is needed and there is no damage.)

PAYMENT:
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your reservation date.
Preferred payment is by check. You may also pay with a credit card if you prefer.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations will not receive a refund unless those dates are rebooked. If the dates are rebooked, funds received minus a $250 cancellation fee will be refunded.
